Rbajjee Terms & Conditions — Know the rules before you play

1. Introduction

Rbajjee (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rbajjee and any member or user of the platform.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

To register and use Rbajjee, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be terminated.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required after registration. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for verification. All information will be stored with strict confidentiality.

3. Age Verification

Rbajjee has a strict policy against underage gaming.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Rbajjee may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide it within the given timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The financial transaction terms on Rbajjee are outlined in detail below:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If your account isn't updated within 15 minutes, please contact support.
• Deposits made from someone else's mobile banking number are not accepted.

Withdraw:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In complex cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Rbajjee reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks when necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Rbajjee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. However, some general rules apply to all:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements. Withdrawing before the wager is completed will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• Rbajjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

6. Gaming Rules

A set of general rules applies to all game types on Rbajjee:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring every result is entirely independent and unbiased.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the round's outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• The results stored on Rbajjee's servers are considered final.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game can be found in that game's information section.

7. Sports Betting

Specific conditions apply to the Sports Betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live betting odds can change rapidly. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on an event, Rbajjee reserves the right to void the relevant bets.
• In a parlay or combo bet, you must win all selections — losing even one means the entire parlay is lost.

8. Security & Privacy

Rbajjee treats the personal data and financial security of its members as the highest priority.

• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Always keep your account password private. Anyone asking for your password is not a Rbajjee employee.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
• We will never ask for your password via email or phone.

9. Responsible Gaming

Rbajjee believes gaming should be entertainment, not a source of problems. That's why we offer the following tools:

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rbajjee:

• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Rbajjee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Participating in prohibited activities.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (24 months).

If an account is closed for a valid reason, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, in cases of termination due to a Terms violation, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

Rbajjee reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• For major changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
